4/23/2026	After school lifting for NON SPRING SPORT ATHLETES will begin MONDAY next week 3:00-4:15. Week of April 27th: Mon, Tues, Thurs. 3:00-4:15pm in the Weight Room!
4/27/2026	Reminder after school lifting has started this week. 3:00-4:30 on Monday, Tuesday, Thursday for all athletes NOT in a spring sport or football
